Standard Garden Entry Fee: R150 per person
Students and Pensioners: R110 per person
Children under the age of 18 have complimentary access
You are welcome to leisurely meander in the garden on your own with our complimentary detailed map.
Private Guided Tours
A privately guided tour can be arranged with advance booking, subject to guide availability. Tours are 1.5 hours and provide an informative overview of the garden and Dylan Lewis’s work.
1 – 10 guests: R1000
11 – 25 guests: R100 per person
Tour fee excludes garden entry fee
A non-refundable booking fee of R1000 is required to confirm your tour. The balance may be paid on the day of your visit. Our guides are booked for the agreed times only and for a duration of 1.5 hours. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your booking to ensure you make the most of your guided tour. In the case of inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control, your tour will be rebooked for another suitable date.

The Dylan Lewis Sculpture Garden is situated at the end of a private road in Paradyskloof, Stellenbosch.

We are open Tuesday to Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00. Last entry is at 15:30.
Practical Information and Accessibility
The pathways in the garden are of moderate gradient over gravel and grass and there are a number of outdoor stone steps. Flat shoes with grip are advised.

Is the Dylan Lewis Sculpture Garden pet friendly? Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets unless they are service dogs.
Can we have a picnic? Unfortunately not, although we do have The Old Storeroom where guests can enjoy cakes and excellent coffee and tea while visiting the garden. We kindly ask guests not to bring outside food into the sculpture garden.
Is there somewhere to have tea and coffee? The Old Storeroom, situated onsite, serves coffee, tea, cool refreshments and cake.
Can I have a function at the garden? The garden is available for private functions. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further information, supplying ideal date, duration and number of guests in your email.
Are you wheelchair and/or pram friendly? The Sculpture Garden and Studio has various steps and stairs with uneven pathways, which makes wheelchair and pram access difficult.
Can I buy any of the artwork in the garden? A selection of artwork is available for purchase in the Old Studio. Please contact email@example.com for further information.
